If you haven’t had a response to an email it could mean one of two things, either one, your order hasn't been dispatched yet, or two (assuming you have waited the specified response times communicated to you in the automated reply), please check your spam inbox and then send us a little nudge if you cannot find it. By replying to the ticket again, it will bring it to the back of the queue updating your ticket and we'll be able to see you'd like an update.
